Bill joined the AVW Real Estae Partners in 2003 to help Ali close out two of her downtown projects: Tower on The Park, and Ajax-Jack Kerouac lofts. Since that time Bill has become one of Ali's most knowledgeable partners helping her close 189 transactions in 2004. Bill is an active member of the Mike Ferry organization, where he receives weekly coaching calls to fine tune his real estate skills and expertise.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Journalism; majoring in Telecommunications with a minor in History. When not selling homes, Bill loves to ski, fish, play golf and tennis, attend Avalanche and Bronco games, and spend time with his wife,Brittany, and daughter, Cadence and son Landen.
