TESTAMONIAL #1:
Ali and her team are actually the fourth real estate team to take on our very difficult listing on Lookout Mountain, which has been on the market for nearly five years now.
What impressed us about Ali, Bill (And Team) was their “can do” and proactive approach, as well as their ability to think outside the box. We were impressed with their concept of a “reverse offer letter” and also with their connections to the pro sports community and executive relocation groups. Recently, they researched and brought a luxury real estate auction group to the table out of California who has had very good success maximizing the value out of unique property situations. No other realtor had investigated all of these different approaches to find the one that was right for our particular situation, so we are impressed by them.
They have held two open houses to date, and capitalized on a historic Golden home tour to draw traffic to the home on one occasion, and actively enlisted a real estate journalist to write up the home in the Sunday paper one week inviting people to come by to check it out. Therefore they have done a lot of unique and outstanding things to try to sell our home.
Ali’s team has had the listing for about six months now, and as you may know that has been a dismal time for higher end rural real estate. This is why they have put the auction process together which will occur in April, and my partner and I are both very optimistic that this is a very good solution for us.
